Current vs Revision
Design revisions, shown side by side.
Collaboration
01The body text here is a light gray that sits too close to its background, which makes it hard to read on a phone or in bright light. The only change in the revision is darker, more readable text, so visitors can actually take in what the section says.
Duets Header
02The heading lines sit very close together, which makes a stacked title like this hard to read quickly. The revision adds a bit of space between the lines so the words separate cleanly and the title is easier to take in.
Footer
03The footer's social icons are so light they nearly disappear into the background, so visitors barely notice they are there. The revision darkens the icon color so the links are easy to see and worth a click.
Navigation Breakpoint
04The navigation has a breakpoint problem. At mid-size screen widths, the desktop menu stays visible but runs out of room, so links overlap and sit on top of each other instead of reflowing or switching to the mobile menu. This recording shows that in-between width where the layout breaks down.
The fix is to set a proper breakpoint so the menu switches to the mobile version before the links run out of room.
